Outwell Constellation Lux Duvet

Our verdict
OK, so technically this isn't a sleeping bag, as such. It's actually a duvet, so you don't zip yourself into it; instead you lie under it, just like your duvet at home. And for many campers, that's exactly what they're looking for and it's something that really hasn't been available until now.
Sleeping bags can be incredibly restricting for some people – if you're a restless sleeper, you might prefer to be able to stretch your legs outside your cover. That's what this allows you to do, but still has the warmth you'd expect from a quality 3-4 season sleeping bag.
A cosy option for camping most of the year, for anyone who doesn't like the restrictions of sleeping bags.

Coleman Monstera XL

Our verdict
There's absolutely no reason why you should have to compromise on comfort or warmth while sleeping in a tent. The Monstera XL has a snug cotton flannel lining plus high loft insulation for warmth, and extra-large dimensions mean there's plenty of room. The liner can be unzipped and cleaned in a washing machine, meaning you can keep your bag fresh and clean.

Our verdict
Double the size, double the comfort... that's what Kelty claims, anyway. It's certainly a fact that this double bag is more comfy than most. In fact, it's actually wider than a standard double, and features a hood that takes two standard-sized pillows. Each camper gets their own personal 'snuggle blanket' with a built-in footvent for temperature control in warm weather.
