Holiday Home Review: Tingdene Rockingham Holiday Home

9dc90709-a971-43c4-ba0b-758c820e34fe

The Rockingham holiday home from Tingdene gives three layout options in a very different style.

It’s an exceptionally spacious lodge, with a spectacular split roofline, enormous windows to the open-plan living area and three large porthole mirrors to make a style statement.

The lounge-dining-kitchen area is immense, spanning the divide between the two sections of the lodge – one with a flat roof, the other with an angled roof.

The section of the lodge which has an angled roof is clad in grey, whereas the flat-roofed section alongside it is finished in contrasting cedar-effect; utterly stunning!

The lounge has an intriguing design, with two seating areas. At the front, two small armchairs are positioned by the window, to take advantage of sun warming through the glass – and of the view. The main lounge area, with two settees facing one another, has an innovative-design, huge coffee table, composed of three squares, set at differing angles.

Apricot and pink are the accent colours of the Rockingham. Combined with cool greys and fawns, it looks delightful. Lounge cushions are in a variety of textures, ranging from light-reflecting sheen to velvet.

The Rockingham is available in two and three-bedroomed layouts and in sizes ranging from 40ft by 20ft to 50ft by 20ft. The 50ft by 20ft Rockingham has a double bedroom plus two twin-bed rooms.
