To celebrate the holiday home manufacturer's most loyal workforce, Willerby has presented long service awards to over 200 of its employees.

With continuous service to the Hull-based business ranging from 10 to more than 45 years, a total of 203 team members were recognised during a day of celebrations in a year that also marks the company's 80th anniversary.

Among those who received long service awards were father and son, Glenn Craig (pictured) and Ben Rollinson. Production Manager Glenn joined the business as a metal shop labourer at 15. In recognition of his dedication, he received a 35-year long service award after more than three decades with the company.

The people and the friendships made here are what makes Willerby such a great place to work. Willerby is really good at investing in its people and helping them grow.

Gary Neve, a Production Operative in the chassis team, was among those recognised for 10 years of service to the company. A great example of Willerby's family ethos, Gary's wife and two children are also Willerby employees!

All long-serving workers received certificates, a bottle of Prosecco and a Willerby cupcake for reaching their career milestones. Employees who have achieved 10 or 15 years’ service also received a voucher. Those who achieved 20 years or more received a loyalty bonus.
