A luxury Welsh holiday Park, and a Yorkshire-based caravan manufacturer have teamed up to offer holiday home buyers something that has long-been missing from the static caravan sector - bespoke homes built to individual specifications.

Maes Mynan Park, near Caerwys, is working with Beverley Leisure Homes (BLH) to create bespoke holiday properties shaped around customers' lifestyles, accessibility needs and budgets.

Whether you're looking for the perfect pitch for your motorhome, caravan, tent or to hire glamping accommodation or a holiday home or lodge, our exclusive Campsite Finder will help you choose your next weekend break, midweek getaway or summer holiday in the UK or Europe.

While bespoke lodges have long offered customisation, this partnership brings similar flexibility to the single-unit static caravan market, where buyers have traditionally chosen from fixed specifications.

Buyers and park owners can now influence layouts and features, in ways previously unavailable in the sector.

Maes Mynan directors Peter and Louise Barlow say the collaboration is opening-up new possibilities for something more individual:

It's not just about colours and fabrics anymore. It could be where a sink is positioned, creating wheelchair-friendly access, converting a second bedroom into a home office... These may sound like simple changes, but they can make a huge difference to how people use and enjoy their holiday home.

Accessibility and inclusivity are central to Beverley Leisure Home's design approach. The company has worked alongside occupational therapists to develop adapted living spaces for wheelchair users and neurodiverse residents - an area David Hall, chief executive of BLH, says is becoming increasingly important:

True bespoke design is about providing solutions. Everyone's needs are different and holiday homes should reflect that, not force people to adapt to a standard layout.
