How to book & manage your Warners Shows tickets
Booking your tickets and planning your visit just got easier. Whether you're new to our booking system or simply need a refresher, these step-by-step videos and guides are here to help. From adding entertainment tickets and booking club areas to managing your tickets and transferring them to another event, we’ve got you covered. Scroll down to find detailed instructions on each process, so you can make the most of your experience with us, hassle-free.
How to book a pitch & manage your tickets
Desktop, tablet or phone

Choose a camping option
Select your Camping area from the options. General, Blue Badge, Electric Hook-up or Club Camping. (For this example, we are using Club Camping)

Select number of pitches
Use the (+) to select the number of pitches you need. (A pitch includes 2 Adults and up to 3 children).

Select 'Add-ons'
Once you have your pitch selected, continue scrolling to add any add-ons. (Add-ons may include Saturday Night Entertainment Tickets, Additional Occupants and Coach Trips).

See how many tickets are still available
You can see how many tickets are still available on the right-hand side of the ticket box. (For this example, we are choosing all add-ons for two adults plus an additional adult and child)

Check your selection
Once you are happy with your selection click ‘Check Out’.

Enter billing details
Enter your details in the Billing Information boxes. The boxes with an asterisk (*) are required fields.

Club details
If you choose General, Blue Badge or Electric Hook-Up you won’t see the Club details.

Choose to not miss other show news
We would recommend clicking yes against on the question (Would you like to hear…) so you can keep as up to date as possible with all of our events.

Choose payment option
Continue scrolling to ‘Pay with’, select your payment option, you can either pay by Credit/Debit Card, PayPal or Google Pay.

Enter your payment details
Enter your details in the boxes below and click the orange ‘Place Order’ button below. If you are paying by PayPal or Google Pay then select the box and click the PayPal or Google Pay buttons at the bottom of the page.

Wait for the confirmation message
Wait until you see the confirmation message after the processing page. You have now bought your tickets!

Find your confirmation email
If you go to your email account you will see an email from Eventbrite with your Order Confirmation & Tickets. If you haven’t received this, please email [email protected] with your name, show you booked and time of booking and one of the team will be able to assist.

View your booking details
Your confirmation email will state the show you have booked as well as any add-ons you have selected.

Go to your tickets
Click the orange ‘Go to My Tickets’ button to view and download your tickets. This is where you will create your account for the first time, once this is setup all future tickets will be held in this account.
Desktop only (if using a mobile skip to 'Mobile only' section)

Find activation email
You should have received an activation link to your email address you previously used to purchase the tickets. The email is called ‘Finish setting up your account’.

Set a password
Click on the orange ‘Set Password’ button and create a password. This will give you access to your account for any future bookings.

View your purchased tickets
You will now see a page showing your purchased tickets.

Download tickets
Click the orange ‘Download tickets’ button to download your tickets.

Option to print your tickets
From here you can print them off to bring to the show.
Mobile only

Go to the EventBrite App
Continue and go to the App

Open the EventBrite App
If you haven’t previously downloaded the app this will take you to your phone’s app store. If you have already downloaded the app, it will take you into the Eventbrite App.

Download the Eventbrite App
Download the Eventbrite App if you haven’t already done so.

Log in or create account and set password
If you have an account with the same email address you booked with log in here, if you don’t already have an account, you will be asked to create one and create a password, or click on the text at the bottom to create a new account.

Confirm your email address
You will be asked to confirm your email address, enter this in the box.

Open the security email
You will receive a security login email. Click on the orange button to login.

View all upcoming shows you've booked
All of your upcoming ticket will now be visible in your account.

Find QR code to show at event or download to your digital wallet
You can either show the QR code from your phone when you arrive (please ensure you have this on your phone before you arrive as some showgrounds have weak signal) or download the ticket to your phones Wallet using the button at the top of the page (Please do this for each ticket saved in your account).

How to transfer or change your Warners Shows show ticket
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may not be able to attend the event you originally booked. The good news is that you don’t have to lose your money—Eventbrite allows you to transfer your tickets to a different Warners Show, provided tickets for that event are on sale.

Important Information about Warners Shows event ticket transfers
❗ You can only transfer your ticket before the event starts—once the show opens on Thursday morning, transfers are no longer possible.
❗ You can only transfer to a ‘live’ event—this means tickets for the new event must already be on sale.
❗If you choose an event or ticket that is more expensive than your original ticket then you will need to pay the difference.
To make this process as easy as possible, we’ve created a step-by-step video guide. You can also follow the written instructions below to transfer your tickets on a computer (this option is not available on mobile).
Transferring your event ticket on a desktop computer

Log into Eventbrite
Go to www.eventbrite.com and log into your account. You can see how to create an account from your booking in the video at the top of this page.

Find the Event You Want to Transfer From
Click on ‘Tickets’ in your account.
Open the event you originally booked. -
Select the Ticket You Want to Transfer
Click on ‘Change Ticket’ next to your ticket.

Add-ons
If you purchased add-ons like Saturday night tickets or bus tickets, you’ll need to transfer each one separately.

Click ‘Change Event’
This will allow you to select a different event to transfer your ticket to.

Set the Date Range
Adjust the date range to include the event you want to transfer to.

Choose the New Event
Scroll through the available events and find the show you want to attend.
Select the event by clicking the circle next to its name.
Click ‘Save and Continue’. -
Select Your New Ticket Type
Choose the appropriate ticket type for the new event.
Click ‘Save and Continue’ to confirm. -
Confirm Registration
Check that all your details are correct.
Click ‘Register’ to complete the transfer.

Log into Eventbrite
Go to www.eventbrite.com and log into your account. You can see how to create an account from your booking in the video at the top of this page.

Find the Event You Want to Transfer From
Click on ‘Tickets’ in your account.
Open the event you originally booked. -
Select the Ticket You Want to Transfer
Click on ‘Change Ticket’ next to your ticket.

Click ‘Change Event’
This will allow you to select a different event to transfer your ticket to.

Set the Date Range
Adjust the date range to include the event you want to transfer to.

Choose the New Event
Scroll through the available events and find the show you want to attend.
Select the event by clicking the circle next to its name.
Click ‘Save and Continue’. -
Select Your New Ticket Type
Choose the appropriate ticket type for the new event.
Click ‘Save and Continue’ to confirm. -
Confirm Registration
Check that all your details are correct.
Click ‘Register’ to complete the transfer.
Checking your transferred Warners Shows tickets

View Your Updated Tickets
Go to your Eventbrite Tickets page—you should now only see the new event.

Download Your New Tickets
Click into the event and select ‘Download Tickets’ to get your updated tickets.

Check the Eventbrite App (Reccomended)
If you log into the Eventbrite app, your new tickets will also appear there for easy access. We highly recommend downloading the Eventbrite app so all your tickets are together in one place on your phone, no need to print anything and access no matter where you are.
