Strong demand for Sevenoaks luxury residential park home development

Customers reserved three homes at opening weekend of Kingsdown Meadow, the luxury residential park home development in Sevenoaks, according to its owners, Serenity Parks.

After exhibiting at the Kent County Show and an open weekend at the site in Knatts Valley, visitors flocked to see the show homes.

Marie Hanby Marketing Manager at Serenity Parks said:

“Everyone was so impressed with the choice of homes we offer and the interior design options that make choosing a brand new residential park home with us such a great way of finding a wonderful place to live.”

Marie added:

“With the ability to personalise the homes, from layout to interiors, there really is a great range of options for our buyers and forthcoming residents.”

Serenity Parks built the park homes to British Standards, which means they are energy-efficient, low maintenance and provide a cost-effective way to live in a luxury home in a secure, gated community.

There are 40 homes on the development in the heart of the Kent countryside. But, the site is close to Otford, and it takes just 30 minutes on the train to get to London. Prices start at £250,000.
