The family-owned operators of Ladram Bay Holiday Park and its sister site, Castle Brake, in Devon have unveiled a significant off-season investment plan worth over £1.3 million in preparation for the 2026 season.

More than £1 million will be spent on a range of upgrades at Ladram Bay aimed at enhancing guest comfort, variety and on-site entertainment, while a further £300,000 has been set aside for the development of new holiday home pitches at Castle Brake.

Family-owned since 1943

We are incredibly proud to be investing in both Ladram Bay and Castle Brake this winter, ensuring our parks continue to offer the high standards and memorable experiences our guests deserve.

Our commitment to improvement is at the heart of our family-owned values and reflects our long-term dedication to providing great-value holidays for generations to come.

This winter, Ladram Bay Holiday Park is adding 13 new three-bedroom holiday homes to meet increasing demand from families and larger groups.

The investment also includes upgrades to guest facilities, with refurbished women’s showers and toilets, and a rebuilt pirate ship outdoor play feature for younger guests.

Enhancements at Pebbles restaurant include new outdoor seating, external speakers for events, and the addition of silent disco equipment for low-noise, family-friendly entertainment.

At Castle Brake, nine miles away, an existing touring field is being redeveloped into a high-quality static caravan area with hardstading bases, two holiday lodges and supporting infrastructure.

All works are being completed during the winter shutdown ahead of both parks reopening on Friday 13 March.
