Omar to display the latest luxury holiday lodge at Glasgow show
If you love Scotland, the Kintyre peninsula and have been thinking about buying a holiday lodge, here’s something for you.
Omar Group will have its specially designed luxury holiday lodge, the display Wessex Allure ‘Kintyre’, on display at the Scottish Caravan, Motorhome & Holiday Home Show in Glasgow between 6th and 9th February 2020.
Omar designed the luxury Wessex lodge especially for the Points Sands Holiday Park, which has incredible views. The family-owned Point Sands sits within the Largie Estate on the Kintyre peninsula in west Scotland. The park has a long, private sandy beach nearby, which is ideal for watersports, building sandcastles and campfires.
Point Sands enjoys spectacular sunsets and views. Holidaymakers enjoy its peacefulness and friendliness, with many returning year after year.
The park now has planning permission to build six luxury lodges in a secluded, exclusive part of the site. The lodges will be the especial Wessex Allure ‘Kintyre’ model.
The Allure ‘Kintyre’ design makes best use of the stunning views at Point Sands and it has many other features. These include Bluetooth speakers in the living room, and a log burner-effect fire, which adds to its cosy feel. The designers included features to make dogs welcome in the lodge, such as a dog shower next to the entrance.
Inside, the design is soft with soothing shades of sand and leather, and tartan fabrics, which suit its Scottish location.
It has a practical layout which is stylish and comfortable too. The ‘Kintyre’ lodge has an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge spaces, with the dining area enjoying the stunning views. Practical features include a larder and utility room.
The Wessex Allure ‘Kintyre’ master bedroom includes a dressing room and en-suite bathroom, plus there is a spacious second bedroom. It also has a family bathroom.
