New holiday park in East Yorkshire

On the edge of the character town of Beverley, in East Yorkshire, a new holiday park is being established

Beverley Holiday Park has views across Beverley and is a haven for wildlife, with deer and herons regularly sighted. It’s just off the A154, with easy access to Hull and the coast.

Beverley is a beautiful market town that is steeped in history. It is arguably best known for its magnificent minster. It’s also famous for its stunning Georgian architecture, its canalside walks, its market square – and, of course, its racecourse. The town has twice-weekly markets (Wednesday and Saturday), a wide range of shops, and a good choice of cafés and restaurants. The town is also home to the East Riding Theatre and has a cinema, a leisure centre and a golf course.

Set in more than 40 acres, Beverley Holiday Park is within easy walking distance of the town, and will be open all year. It has four stocked fishing lakes. Plans are under way to add a bar, restaurant and play area. Holiday home prices start from £60,000.

Beverley Holiday Park says,

We want to make owning your own holiday home as easy as possible, therefore we offer a variety of sales schemes to help you purchase your holiday home. If you already own a holiday static caravan or holiday lodge on another park, and would like to move to our new holiday park, we may be able to offer you a lower pitch fee as well as offering a longer term in relation to our licence agreement.

The park’s luxury single lodges are called The Norwood. They have two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, the other with twin beds. The main bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite with bath. Kitchen equipment includes a washing machine, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. The lounge area features a media cabinet.

If you only want to use your holiday home occasionally, and are considering subletting it, there is a designated area of the park for investors and occasional holiday home owners who are subletting, too. (Terms and conditions apply.)

Beverley Holiday Park is owned by Regent Parks, a family-run business that has both residential and holiday parks, in Cheshire, Yorkshire, Lancashire, Shropshire, Nottinghamshire and Wales.
