About Etrusco

Four years ago, a new brand called Etrusco arrived on our shores. Since then, this value-for-money marque has grown in both the number of models it offers and in the market share it has gained. Etrusco prides itself on combining the design flair of the Italians with the Germans’ attention to quality, and offers a full compliment of layouts and models,  from its top-of-the-range A-classes to the most popular low-profiles and compact low-profiles, to the increasingly popular campervans.

This low-profile model is based on the Ford Transit, and it sleeps between two and five (an option) people, making it a versatile model for those who tour as both a couple and a family. While more affordable than its sister model based on the Fiat chassis, it’s still a premium model with fine attention to detail and aesthetics, something that’s clear even before you step inside. An Italian flair for design is just part of the attraction.

You’ll benefit from a generous amount of equipment fitted as standard, including Truma 4 Combi heating for all-weather touring, and a well-equipped kitchen with modern silver-grey work surface and glossy black glass sink and hob covers.

Overhead lockers and drawers are soft closing and create a domestic feel so much so, it’s easy to forget you’re not staying in a boutique hotel. To avoid clutter, use the huge garage to stow any extra bits of kit you want to take with you – you should be able to find a place for everything.

Relax in the spacious lounge with the currently en vogue twin inward-facing sofas where beautiful textiles feature accents of brown or grey. This layout also creates a very open-plan feel to the main living area.

The rear bed has storage above and below, while an optional pull-down bed is operated by the push of a button, ensuring maximum space during the day and less hassle in the evening when it’s time for bed after a busy day exploring. In keeping with the rest of the motorhome, the shower room is also generous in its proportions, allowing you to get ready for the day in comfort.

Smart USBs have been added should you need to charge your gadgets and phones quickly and easily; although, chances are, you’ll be too busy gazing out of the large window which creates a seamless view of the view beyond and in the evenings, enjoy stargazing through the panoramic window.

This compact vehicle, based on a Ford, offers a striking design and is only 2.14m wide. Plenty of attention has been devoted to maximising the available space.

The washroom is cleverly designed and known as ‘Vario’, featuring everything you need to get ready for the day, offering a swing wall to create a semi-separate shower area.

Likewise, the kitchen with generous cupboards (with soft-shutting mechanisms) and kit has all you need to create a delicious meal wherever you are. It’s certainly a homely motorhomevan where everything has been taken care of.

One of the main attractions of this motorhome is its light and airy feel – it belies its bijou size and you’ll never struggle for storage options. The large rear garage, for example, is capacious and the ideal place to keep outdoor kit and the like – even a barbecue if you like to cook pitch-side.

The twin beds are located to the rear and can be easily converted into a double if you wish.

This is the most compact of the layouts in Etrusco’s line-up of four standard-width low-profiles, but it isn’t short of space, sleeping from two to five (if you specify the various extras).

The rear twin beds are generously proportioned (both are 1.95m long by 80cm wide), and likely to be the most popular sleeping spot.

Above the twin beds you’ll find two lockers, stylishly designed with a dark wood-effect finish, and an area between the beds on which to place a tea tray or perhaps a book. Of course, there’s also the option to make this into a double bed. Below these beds, you’ll find generous storage for outdoor gear and holiday essentials.

If you want a second double bed, but not the fuss of making it up in the evenings, make use of the optional pull-down bed in the lounge, which is button operated. The lounge seats will also convert into a single berth as an optional extra.

A 137-litre fridge/freezer, sink and hob equip the L-shaped kitchen, and the T 6.9 SF model has an all-in-one washroom with a swing wall to create a shower area.
