Bürstner Lyseo I Harmony Line: range overview

c25699c0-dfc1-4743-9afc-c4eabb7726f4

New for 2023, the Lyseo I Harmony Line is Bürstner’s re-entry into the mainstream A-class market and it builds on the success of the Lyseo TD Harmony Line low-profile range. Based on a Fiat Ducato chassis, it sits below the flagship Mercedes-based Elegance

Lyseo I 690 G

Lyseo I 690 G

The new Lyseo I range kicks off with a single model at under 7m long, this I 690 G. It is one of three single bed layouts in this A-class line-up, with a rear garage.

Based on a Fiat Ducato chassis, this model has a front lounge with an L-settee and a single side-facing seat adjacent to the entrance door. Its rear single beds are 1.94m and 1.99m long, over a large garage with twin loading doors.

Like the larger models in the range, it has a new design for the front panel, which incorporates a large windscreen and individual LED daytime running lights. All versions have a Thermo-floor double floor.

Lyseo I 726 G

Slightly longer than the I 690 G, at 7.36m long, the I 726 G has a broadly similar layout with an L-shaped sofa in the lounge and rear twin beds over the garage. Again, there is a drop-down double bed in the cab (1.94m by 1.43m).

Like its little brother, this model has smooth side walls and a wide entrance door for easy access to the living area. It also comes with aluminium-framed windows and Bürstner’s hybrid tail lights.

Showing the popularity of fixed single bed layouts with German manufacturers, this is the third such floorplan in the new Lyseo I range. However, where the I 690 G and I 726 G have their ablutions incorporated into a single space on the offside, the I 727 G has the en vogue split facilities with the shower on the nearside and the toilet and washbasin in a separate room opposite.

These two areas can be combined to create an en suite for the rear bedroom. This model also has a face-to-face lounge.

This 7.36m motorhome is the Lyseo I for you if you want an island bed. It has a similar layout to the I 727 G, except for the bedroom, where its double bed runs lengthways with his and hers wardrobes in the rear corners.

It has a lounge with side-facing sofas and its washroom has facilities split across both sides of the motorhome, which then combine to make an en suite.

By far the most unusual model in the range, the I 744 is also the one with the most ‘Brit appeal’. It is 7.36m long but eschews the usual fixed bed designs to offer a rear L-shaped lounge instead. And that’s in addition to the front lounge, which incorporates two rear travel seats.

The I 744 also has two drop-down beds – one in the cab and the other over the rear lounge.

This German brand from the Erwin Hymer Group has a nationwide network of dealers in the UK and has long been represented here. It is known for its innovative designs, highlighted by the Lyseo Gallery with its hinged overcab that inflates in 90 seconds to create an upstairs bedroom. Its 2023 range stretches from the little Playa pop-top campervan to the flagship, tag-axle Elegance A-class.

Bürstner says:

The new Lyseo I interprets the combination of form, design and function in its own way. With the Lyseo I, everyone can enter the premier class of mobile homes.
