Rare Wonderland spotted on park home estate

Spotted while visiting Kings Copse, a residential park-home estate at Garsington near Oxford, was an early 1960s vintage Wonderland.
The blue and white park home was still in surprisingly good condition. Little was known about the Wonderland other than it appears to have been there since the park opened.
Since Kings Copse was established 45 years ago, it has had no fewer than five different owners. In charge since the early 1980s are R S Hill & Sons, which has a 15-strong portfolio of residential park-home estates.
Spread across the south of England, they stretch from Somerset in the West Country to Lincolnshire in the east. Unusually, two of them are rental only.
Kings Copse itself consists of 127 park homes (two of them available to rent) on a 20-acre plot. Virtually all have parking spaces alongside.
Its proximity to Cowley, less than two miles away, and to Blackbird Leys, which is even closer, means that Kings Copse is well served with amenities.
And of course with Oxford so close, there is no shortage of choice when it comes to shopping and entertainment, eating out and having a drink.
At the time of writing, there were three vacant plots available, suitable for 36x12, 20x16 and 25x20 homes respectively. Guideline prices: £119,000 - £125,000. Plot fees are £175 per calendar month.
