NEW PARK-HOME ESTATE WITH SEA VIEWS

Homes may be in short supply in the south east of England with prices rising as a result.

But that makes the residential park homes available at Beach Court, a new development at Seasalter in Kent, all the more desirable.

Not only does it offer sea views – hence the name – but the park is only a few minutes’ drive from fashionable Whitstable.
Part of the family-run South East Parks group, which has three residential estates in Kent, Beach Court has over the last couple of years been completely redeveloped with all-new infrastructure. Formerly a holiday park, it used to be known as Blue Anchor.

Now there are 50 new plots, virtually all for twin units, with 13 homes sited so far. Guideline prices start at £189,000 and the monthly plot fee is £225.33. Minimum age is 50 and pets are allowed.

Features at Beach Court include mains gas, CCTV and electrically-operated gates.
