The Daybreak, from new manufacturer Stellar, is a 35ft x 12ft traditional-style holiday home for buyers on a tight budget.

The vaulted ceiling tapers to a 'beam' with two ranges of spotlights on a wavy rod. There is a muted traditional pattern in the comfortable U-shaped fixed seating, the walls and floor are more or less plain, and the curtain fabric features a muted design. There is a pull-out guest bed concealed in the seating. A small electric stove-type fire is angled to warm all areas of seating (a gas fire can be substituted if preferred), behind which is a useful arrangement with cupboards and shelves for storage.

The dining furniture is freestanding, and features a hammered metal, glass-topped table and four modern-looking matching chairs. Opposite, and extending further towards the back end of the holiday home, stretches the ample kitchen, housing the usual range of cupboards, and a stainless steel cooker with grill and gas hob featuring electronic ignition.

Wall cupboards and shelving stretch the length of the floor cupboards. There is room on the marbled gloss worktop for a microwave, and a space under for a fridge. The inset stainless steel sink is oval and in a satin finish which is easier to keep clean than a shiny one. A wine rack reflects the changing habits of the British caravan-dweller.

The twin bedroom has two metal-framed single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double. It could be set up as a computer room, if required.

The master bedroom a large double wardrobe with safety mirror provides necessary storage space. The shower room is en, as well as having a door to the corridor, for the use of the occupants of the twin room. The large shower has a bi-fold door. A modern towel warmer in white complements the porcelain basin and push-button-flush toilet.

Externally the holiday home would blend in with many others and, like others, now comes with sizeable gutters to take away the water from the sides and ends of the holiday home. Insulation is 30mm to the walls and 25mm to the roof and under the floor.
