Britannia offers moves to fed up owners

ec6adebc-77cb-4d61-8546-0ab6ada55ded
ARE you fed up with your park, the location, the park owner – but love your home?

Britannia Parks is now releasing plots across its parks to allow owners to move their home for a fraction of the cost of a new home.

Subject to the home passing a simple survey that will cover its age and condition, dissatisfied residents will be able to move it to a Britannia Parks vacant plot at any one of its parks, from Kings Park Village in Essex, the largest residential park in the UK, to the secluded Rymer Point Park in Norfolk, which boasts 30 plots and electric entrance gates.

Britannia will organise the removal and transport of your home, along with its siting on your new plot. The company will resite it, connect it to all the services, brick skirt the unit and supply two sets of steps and a new shed. Your garden will even be turfed.

The company can even arrange for the home’s exterior to be repainted to make it look like new on the new plot.

Prices for the service will start from £50,000, depending on the park you choose the plot and the size of your present home.

Brand new homes are also available on the company’s parks from £99,950.

For more information, contact Britannia Parks, tel: 01252 408 891, email: [email protected], website: www.britanniaparks.com.
