Half-century for Alan Rogers campsite guidebooks

2018 is the fiftieth year since Alan Rogers set up what was to become a market-leading campsite inspection and publication enterprise

The eponymous company is celebrating this landmark with a 448-page version of its Selected Sites in Europe publication – with whole-page reviews of 400 sites throughout 16 countries, which the organisation describes as a mix of “large fully equipped flagship sites to the more quirky, less high profile campsites in stunning locations.”

The original version was four shillings but, if you pre-order before February 1, it’ll save you £3 on the official cover price of £14.99.
