PITCHING A very simple tent to pitch. Light to carry and with three fibreglass poles all the same length, there’s no chance of putting them in the wrong place. 

LIVING The tent is accessed through two doors – a large one at the front and a side door. There’s no sewn-in groundsheet, so the living area is rather exposed to the elements. Space is limited but there is enough room for a couple of chairs. The PVC windows have toggle-up curtains.

SLEEPING There is one large sleeping area at the rear that is big enough for two or three campers. It has a storage pocket and a vent at the rear.

OUR VIEW This is very much an entry-level tent aimed at newcomers to camping so unsurprisingly it’s not packed with loads of features. Simplicity is the thing here. It’s simple and quick to pitch, so could easily be a low-cost option for a single parent camping with a couple of kids. Do bear in mind, living space is limited, though, and the lack of a sewn-in groundsheet is a negative
