WHAT’S IT LIKE?
The Blizzard 500 has a unique design that will certainly stand out on the campsite. But this is a practical thing rather than for aesthetics. The layout provides standing room in the living area at the front but slopes away at the back where headroom is less important. With less fabric used, costs can be reduced so Easy Camp are able to keep the price down. Pitching this inflatable tent is as quick and easy as you’d expect. Once erected, you’ll find the living area is fairly spacious and has full 2m standing height at the doorway. It slopes down towards the bedrooms, meaning you have to stoop. The bedroom is, in theory, big enough for up to five, but realistically this is a tent for two adults and a maximum of two children. For couples it’s super spacious, with loads of room for your kit. Although this is certainly not a top-of-the range luxury tent, it does have plenty of features like a mains entry point, lantern hook, mesh ventilation panels and storage pockets. On sunny days, you can fully open the front to make the most of the sunshine.

WHAT’S GOOD?
The unusual design provides the maximum amount of standing room where it matters (at the front) and there’s decent living space.

WHAT COULD BE IMPROVED?
You’ll either like the layout or not. If you like standing room in the bedroom (for getting dressed) then this is not the tent for you.
