Actually, for health and safety reasons, we probably wouldn’t recommend firing up the machine under the influence of alcohol, so you might want to consider having a designated chef in your party to make them for you.

Either way, the kit comes with five skewers and is easy to clean, thanks to a removable grease tray (which is something you might not want to think about, the morning after the night before).

Funnily enough, the Shashlik Rotario is not only for satisfying the cravings of beer-swigging campers, it does have a more practical use. Adventurous campsite cooks might also want to use it rustle up exotic (and healthy) Middle Eastern inspired dishes for dinner.
