Terfyn Pella Caravan Park bought by Lyons Holiday Parks

A recent sale for an undisclosed sum, has seen Lyons Holiday Parks acquire its twentieth holiday park to the group.

The company, which owns a variety of holiday parks across north Wales and Cumbria, has just successfully purchased Terfyn Pella Caravan Park in Rhyl, Denbighshire.

The owners-only caravan park currently comprises 108 static caravan pitches, of which 106 are privately owned. There is planning in place to increase the pitch total to 115, giving the option for people to buy a holiday home on park.

Terfyn Pella is located on the north Wales coast, between Rhyl and Prestatyn and only 30 miles from Chester. Thanks to the purchase by Lyons, owners at the park now have use of the extensive facilities at nearby flagship park, Robin Hood Holiday Park.

Lyons Holiday Parks is a family-run business with a history dating back to 1924.
