Resitex specialises in flexible, weatherproof, decorative coatings specifically formulated for park homes, used by park home manufacturers and also available to park home residents.

Resitex is a specialist UK manufacturer of flexible, permeable, weatherproof, decorative coatings. A blend of mould-control additives, ground marble and lead-free pigments is bound together in flexible polymers, formulated to ensure a high degree of durability.

The company supplies coating systems to manufacturers and these are also available to residents wishing to enhance and add further weather protection to their homes. Resitex formulates its products specifically for park homes to ensure effective protection from the good old British weather. Textured and smooth finishes are available in a wide range of colours.

Resifine

Resifine is a finish formulated to protect and overcoat a park home’s textured walls. It’s a mixture of flexible resins and mineral powders, coloured with light-protective pigments and contains mould control additives. It dries to a smooth, matt finish. Resitex also supplies products to protect park home roofs and surrounding fences.

Roofproof

This is a flexible, decorative, weatherproof roof coating. It has water-repellent properties and contains a mould-control additive to discourage growth of moss, lichens and green mould. It is available in a range of colours and is ready to use straight from the tub with a brush or roller.

Fenceproof

A new colour, Storm Grey, has been added to the Fenceproof range. Fenceproof is a durable and decorative, flexible, protective coating, formulated for timber substrates such as fencing and sheds. It contains waxes for water repellance and also has a mould -additive.
