3fcfbfd0-72b9-4fca-956d-d939a0f06142
THE ‘flagship’ of the Normandy Holiday Homes range of lodges is The Carrick. It has everything you would expect from a Normandy Lodge, a well thought out design incorporating a master bedroom with en-suite including steam shower and a large walk-in wardrobe.

It also has a large well-proportioned second double bedroom and an optional third bedroom/or study. Normandy have incorporated a second family bathroom within the home which is really useful when you have friends over to stay

The lounge area is exceptionally large and roomy, easily incorporating three sofas for when you have your friends and family round for dinner. A 42” flat screen TV also comes as part of the standard fixtures and fittings in this super luxury lodge.

The modern, fully fitted kitchen/utility has everything you could possibly want or need in your kitchen, stainless steel, integrated oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, a stylish oval non-scratch sink and even a wine cooler all come as part of the standard features.

The Carrick is wall papered throughout giving a lodge you could live in all year around in complete luxury. A full surround sound music system makes this a lodge with all the latest mod cons along with a feel of a homely residential property. Beautifully decorated and designed throughout makes the Carrick Lodge the number one choice in luxury and desirability.

Well designed and premium quality holiday homes have been the hallmark of manufacturing by Normandy Holiday Homes for 30 years.

Normandy was established in 1981 in Beverley, East Yorkshire, which is also home to Normandy Barracks - hence the name. Ten years later the company relocated into purpose built factory premises in Kingston-upon-Hull. Since then Normandy have been predominately exporters of holiday homes to distribution chains based in Belgium and Holland and have been responsible for almost 10% of annual UK export unit sales. Following a change of ownership in 2003, there was a new strategic plan to have a greater presence in the UK market. To achieve this plan it was necessary to expand the factory from 8,000 sq ft to today’s 40,000 sq ft. The workforce has grown threefold.

The firm is family oriented with Gary and Lesley Cooper as co-directors and each of their three sons actively involved in the day-to-day operations. The company has quickly progressed into producing competitively priced twin unit leisure lodges ranging from 28’ x 16’ up to 50’ x 22’ 3”. The company pride themselves on their up front and flexible approach.  Their motto is: “It’s your home and we want it to be how you want it.”
