New Homes for 2011 – Luxury Lodge – Tingdene Escape

3adb508b-217e-4353-ab2b-4c0e8654c3f6
A roof terrace and a water sculpture in the entrance lobby are among the features that make this one of the most distinctive lodges around.

1 Its light-coloured Canexel cladding gives the Escape a classy appearance, aided by an exterior with lots of interest, including the gable hip, the tall apex windows and the optional roof terrace

2 The terrace is reached by a spiral staircase and is a good size for lounging or dining

3 The black and white living area is very cool and contemporary and features a glass topped dining table and four upholstered chairs, with a glass-topped coffee table, too

4 There are two sofas in the lounge, plus an armchair; the pebble-effect electric fire with stone-effect surround has TV points above (the TV is included as standard)

5 An integrated micro-wave accompanies the integrated electric oven, gas hob and extractor in the kitchen

6 The bright red of the master bedroom, with its circular bed, is a huge contrast to the living area
