PARK Life Leisure Ltd work closely with the homeowner from day one, offering complete design and room solutions.

Water Damaged Floors

We answer a large number of calls every year from park homeowners who have discovered water damage that has affected the homes floor. With our expertise in water damaged park homes, we have been able to provide insurance quotations, and complete the works with little disruption to the homeowner. The most common cause of water damage is leaks from washing machines, water tanks or bathroom plumbing, so it is advisable to check these on a regular basis. The first signs of water damage which need investigating are floor areas that start to feel soft underfoot, are uneven, or have started to dip. These should not be ignored, as water can cause extensive damage to your park home. Always use a park home specialist, and preferably a member of the Guild of Park Home Services, to undertake work on your home. Park Life Leisure is a recognised repairer for most of the major park home insurance companies.

Bathroom Refurbishment

At Park Life Leisure, we offer a full range of bathroom solutions that are practical, durable and stylish, using unique products that suit park homes. Our waterproof wall cladding system comes in many different colours, is easy to keep clean, and no decorating or tiling is necessary. All our sanitary ware has been chosen to make the best of limited space in park home bathrooms, and the finished room can be complimented with a choice of floor covering. Park homeowners who are registered disabled, and who are having adaption works carried out for their disability, are often exempt from paying VAT, and should check with Park Life Leisure for further details.

Kitchen Refurbishment

With a wide range of kitchens for today’s homes, and styles to suite all tastes, we can offer a full range of accessories to include built-in appliances, worktops, sinks and taps. Our planner will meet with you and discuss your requirements, and help you make the most of the space in your kitchen. You will then receive a full colour image of what the kitchen will look like, with a full written quotation.

Complete Home Refurbishment

Park Life Leisure is the only specialist interior company to have met the criteria to become members of The Guild of Park Home Services, and we offer a full interior refurbishment service to customers who have purchased an older home that needs complete modernisation. We work closely with the customer from day one, offering design and room solutions that can make rooms bigger or open-plan, and our full package includes kitchen, bathroom, heating systems, electrical, floor repairs, re-boarding walls and ceilings, tiling and decorating. If the home requires external refurbishment works, then we work closely with our colleagues at Prestige Developments, who are also Guild members, to offer the homeowner a complete refurbishment package. A full refurbishment can take a lot of initial planning, and four to five weeks to complete from start to finish, so it is advisable to plan ahead, and give us plenty of notice to ensure that we meet your timescales.

Counties covered by Park Life Leisure Ltd are:
Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Middlesex, Oxfordshire, South East Devon, South Gloucestershire, Surrey, Wiltshire and West Sussex.

Sir,
Steve and his team performed a minor miracle in the full interior transformation of my mobile home. Right from the start, because of the impression they gave me, I had every confidence and felt assured that they would meet my dreams – and they did. The team have always been very helpful and friendly, and that was important to me. I cannot wait to enjoy my new home. Thank you!
Mrs Sawkins, Hayling Island
