Residential park profile: Hagans Leisure Meadow View Residential Park

84a95fe5-2afc-449b-8d9f-0f74c827f16f

Meadow View Residential Park offers a chance to own a home in Cumbria just 100 metres from the sea, on the northern fringe of the Lake District.

The park is on the Solway Firth. It’s a new development; a gated community in a perfect location for exploring southern Scotland – a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The park is exclusively for people aged 50 or over.

It’s a peaceful environment in which to make your forever home – and golfers are well catered for, with the championships Silloth-on-Solway Golf Course a short distance away.

This is a level park. It’s close to bus routes. Buyers have the option to go for a part-exchange scheme.

Homes available in Phase 1 include the Willerby Hazlewood and the Omar Westfield, both with optional garage.  Phase 2 offers additional plots, where you can select from a wide range of luxury homes.

Holiday homes

Hagans Leisure also offers caravan and lodge holiday homes, in stunning locations in southwest Scotland, Cumbria (close to the Lake District), Lancashire (near Blackpool) and Northern Ireland (Causeway Coast). On these parks, turning your dream of owning your own holiday home into reality can be more affordable than you think. New two or three-bedroom caravan holiday homes start at just £19,950 and pre-owned ones are from as little as £9,995.

In Cumbria, Solway Holiday Village is on the shores of the Solway Firth, at Silloth.

In Lancashire, Beacon Fell View has views over the Ribble valley.

In Scotland, Ryan Bay Holiday Park is on the shores of Loch Ryan.

Causeway Coast Holiday Park is a short drive from the world-renowned Giants Causeway.
