aba1857c-a536-4dee-86d9-f511025c8b28
ACORN View is a quality development for holiday lodges at Oaklands Park. Set in a secluded area of the park, it boasts fantastic views over Kilminorth Valley and woods towards Looe. Acorn View accommodates 31 holiday lodges, which can be occupied for holidays 11 months of the year, from 1 March to 31 January.

The development is attractively laid out for lodges ranging from 36x20 to 46x20, with each lodge surrounded by its own private garden with driveway. All lodges are offered at a fully inclusive price, which includes siting, underground services, driveway and parking area next to the lodge, skirting, steps and storage unit. A holiday home licence agreement for a 35-year tenure is also provided.

Set midway between the seaside resort of Looe and the quaint fishing village of Polperro on the south Cornish coast, Oaklands Park has been awarded the David Bellamy Gold award for environmental initiatives. With the emphasis on peace and quiet, it offers the perfect setting for a getaway retreat.

Varied walks can be enjoyed nearby, including coastal paths and Kilminorth Woods that lead through the valley to Looe. The coastal path from Talland Bay provides a beautiful walk along the coast to Polperro and Looe. The city of Plymouth with attractions such as the National Marine Aquarium and Plymouth Hoe is just 20 miles away.

There is a wide range of beaches at and near to Looe. Those to the east and west of the town vary from wide sandy stretches, rocky areas and small secluded coves. East Looe itself offers a wide sandy beach.

Show homes will be available to view.
