Northumberland self-drive experience launched
Off-grid camping concept, Wild With Consent, has partnered with driving route, Northumberland 250, and Land Rover Defender camper hire company, Northumberland Defenders, to launch a bespoke self-driving experience
Originally launched in Northumberland by founder, Grace Fell, in 2021, Wild With Consent connects motorhome and campervan owners with landowners throughout the UK to enjoy secluded places to pitch.
As part of this latest initiative, Wild With Consent has selected a number of off-grid sites along the official Nland250, a 250-mile driving route which takes in the dramatic coastline, rolling hills and dark skies of the county.
As part of the experience – and for those who don’t already own a campervan – Wild With Consent has also teamed up with Northumberland Defenders, which hires out Land Rover Defenders fully kitted out with roof tents and everything else you need to take you off the beaten track.
Although itineraries are bespoke depending on the length of journey, a three-night off-grid Northumberland 250 self-drive experience, including Defender camper hire, is available to book through Wild With Consent for £575. Click here for more information.
