Adria launches special edition models to mark sixtieth anniversary
Adria is celebrating throughout 2025 as this year marks its sixtieth anniversary as a producer of leisure vehicles.
This year is also significant for the Slovenian manufacturer as it reached the major milestone of the production and sale of 55,000 campervans and 100,000 motorhomes.
To mark the diamond anniversary year, Adria has launched a special range of two coachbuilt motorhomes and one campervan.
The exclusive anniversary models have up to £11,000-worth of extra equipment included as standard and will only be available in limited numbers.
This means buyers need to be quick if they want to get one of these high-spec models, which are already on sale at Adria’s 27 motorhome and campervan dealers across the UK and Northern Ireland.
The trio of special-edition vehicles are all based on automatic Fiat Ducatos and are easily identifiable with their exclusive silver paintwork and graphics, which mark them out as special edition models.
All are built at Adria’s manufacturing plants in Slovenia and feature premium materials, new design details and many additional features not found on the standard edition models upon which they are based.

Twin 60 Years Selection
The first of the special-edition models – and the only campervan – is the Twin 60 Years Selection, which is based on the two-berth Adria Twin Supreme 640 SGX and features a rear double bed that can be raised electrically to create a large garage beneath (large enough for cycles).
Priced at £75,945, this exclusive model has everything that the Fiat Ducato-based 6.36m-long Supreme 640 SGX is fitted with as standard, plus exclusive Limited Edition 60Y upholstery, textiles to mark this out as a special edition model on the interior and 60Y graphics on the exterior to complement Fiat’s Artense Grey paint.
Also on the exterior are additional features including 16in bicolour alloy wheels, colour-coded matching bumpers, a black skid plate and front fog lights. Inside, in addition to the exclusive anniversary upholstery and textiles, you’ll find an exclusive wood décor, premium wood table with extension and cup holder and even a special 60Y chopping board in the kitchen.
The already very highly specified campervan also comes with a premium Evopore mattress on the rear bed, a Webasto diesel heating system, Adria’s Duplex Bathroom, which features a swivel wall to enhance space for showering, a TV holder, heated waste water tank, a flyscreen on the sliding door, plus windscreen and side door blinds, Adria’s Media Nav Pack and Mach app, a gas oven and grill, a lithium leisure battery, inverter and Fiat’s 140bhp engine.
Coral 60 Years Selection
The second of the trio is the first of two coachbuilt anniversary motorhomes – the Coral 60 Years Selection, based on the three-berth Adria Coral Supreme 670 DL.
This low-profile features a favourite layout for couples with twin rear single beds (which can be converted into a large double bed) accessed by large wooden steps and cupboards under the foot of each bed.
There is a separate washroom and WC on the nearside and a separate shower room opposite, which can all be closed off from the front of the interior to create an en suite.
The kitchen is centrally located with a triple gas hob and oven below and that aforementioned special edition 60Y chopping board. Opposite, alongside the habitation door, is a large (142-litre) absorption fridge/freezer.
At the front, there is a spacious lounge with facing sofas and a central folding and rotating premium wood table (a third single bed can be created here). Throughout, as one would expect from a special edition model, are anniversary furnishings, including exclusive Rovere Naturale wood cupboard doors.
As with its special edition campervan sibling, this new Coral 60 Years Selection comes with exclusive sixtieth anniversary graphics on the exterior and 16in bicolour alloy wheels. The exterior also features full LED multifunction rear lights and a polyester coachbuilt body in silver paintwork with anthracite grey elements to blend with Fiat’s Artense Grey cab.
The enhanced specification on this special edition model, which retails for £89,945, stretches as long as one’s arm and sees it fitted with a lithium leisure battery and a habitation door with bin, window and flyscreen.
Additional features on this 140bhp automatic Fiat Ducato-based low-profile, also include an exclusive atrium-style panoramic window and sunroof over the cab and lounge, Truma’s Combi heating 6E, winterised water tanks, blinds throughout (including the windscreen), Adria’s Media Nav pack, inverter, premium Evopore mattress on the bed, a TV holder and an awning.
In all, there is over £11,000-worth of additional equipment and features added to this Coral 60 Years Selection. As standard, it is on a 3,500kg chassis but can be specified on a 3,650kg chassis if required.
Matrix 60 Years Selection
The last of the trio is the low-profile Matrix 60 Years Selection, which is based on the four-berth Matrix Supreme 670 SL.
This high-spec coachbuilt, like the Coral model, has a large bedroom with twin single beds that can be converted into a large double bed. There is also a second double bed that lowers electrically from the lounge ceiling.
Below the drop-down bed is a comfortable L-shaped front lounge, while aft of this is a central kitchen. Between the kitchen and bedroom is a separate shower cubicle at the foot of one bed and a washroom and WC at the foot of the second bed.
Retailing for the same price (sub-£90,000) as the Coral 60 Years Selection, this special edition Matrix also features those exterior and interior anniversary features: 16in bicolour alloy wheels, LED multifunction lights, an awning, exclusive 60Y exterior graphics on the silver coachbuilt body with anthracite grey highlights to complement Fiat’s Artense Grey paintwork on the cab, 60 anniversary embroidery, exclusive Rovere Naturale wood cupboard doors, a premium lounge table and even an anniversary special-edition chopping board.
As with its sibling, this special edition model also comes with the Adria Media Nav pack. It is also based on the 3,500kg chassis as standard but it is likely that, for the UK, it will be supplied on the heavier 3,650kg chassis to allow for more user payload.
Further highlights inside include a larger 142-litre slim absorption fridge/freezer, a habitation door with bin, window and flyscreen, premium Evopore foam mattresses on all beds, Truma’s Combi 6 E heating system, Isofix child seat fixings for the rear seats, a TV holder and controllable LED interior lighting system, an insulated and heated waste water tank, window blinds throughout, a lithium leisure battery and a gas oven and hob in the kitchen.
The early years
The first-ever Adria caravan was produced in 1965 with the first generation of caravans appearing in 1969, featuring white exteriors made of white lacquered aluminium.
A year later, the caravans received that Adria signature – the blue decorative stripe at the window level. In 1978, Adria introduced its second generation of caravans following an economic boom across Europe that helped fuel the growth in European caravanning.
By the end of the year, it was producing 14 caravan models spanning five series. Four years later, and following several years of prototype production, its first motorhomes were revealed in 1982 – the Adriatik 420 and Adriatik 450, both of which were overcab models built on a Renault chassis.
Four years later and the range was still only two overcab models, although now on the Fiat Ducato 14 base vehicle.
However, development of a completely new range of motorhomes was under way and, in 1987, the square exterior body shape with sharp contours and broken lines, which was typical for first motorhomes, was changed, and rounded lines defined the new design of motorhomes.
With growing popularity, 1991 saw the introduction of the first A-class range of Adriatik motorhomes, which was available in five layouts.
Adria became part of the French Trigano leisure vehicle manufacturing giant in 2017 and, today, Adria is recognised as one of Europe’s leading recreational vehicle manufacturers.
Last year, it achieved a sales turnover record of €767m (£643m) and sales of just under 16,000 motorhomes, campervans and caravans. It now has three state-of-the-art production facilities in Slovenia, nearly 2,000 employees and 500+ Adria dealers in more than 30 countries.
