At the heart of Plas Coch is a restored Elizabethan manor house, one of the finest and most historically important buildings on Anglesey.

It features a club, bar, and gourmet dining at Restaurant 1569 (the year Plas Coch was built), an oak-panelled room with a huge open fire and original mullioned windows. Together with an architect-designed glass atrium which houses a luxury spa, swimming pool and one of the UK’s largest hydrotherapy baths, it forms a stunning centrepiece of this imaginatively designed 60-acre parkland.

What facilities does the park have?

Multi-award-winning Plas Coch, near the Isle of Anglesey’s coast (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), is a Visit Wales five-star graded park with a score of 99 %. The 60-acre park’s centrepiece is a restored Elizabethan manor house with a luxury spa, gourmet restaurant in a 16th century oak-panelled room, and pool and hydrotherapy spa set in a contemporary, architect-designed glass atrium overlooking a lake. An organised leisure programme includes a range of land-based activities and watersports, many from a private launch on the Menai Strait. Homeowners can also join The Marine Club, a shared ownership scheme for new, luxury watercraft. The park opens 11 months and has manned, gated security. The best plots feature spectacular views to Snowdonia.
