NEXT year will see a new development  - Sea Breeze at Shorefield Country Park, Milford on Sea, Hampshire.


Jasmine

The new development features two luxurious types of lodges – the Atlas Jasmine and the Regal Symphony. At a generous 42’ x 13’, the Jasmine Lodge is an extremely sophisticated holiday home. Its beautiful furnishings are modern and comfortable throughout. The lounge benefits from a stylish contemporary suite, a pebble effect electric fire and double glazed front French doors leading on to an elegant deck. A DVD point linked to the TV ensures quality home entertainment.

The kitchen includes an integrated 600mm wide oven, separate five-ring hob with wok burner, a microwave oven, large capacity American style fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. In addition, there is the option for a washer/dryer.

The Jasmine Lodge will keep you cosy no matter what the weather. Features include double glazing, premium insulation, lagged hot and cold water exterior pipework and gas combi central heating with contemporary radiators and thermostatic valves.

Vaulted ceilings throughout give an airy feeling of light and space, while underlay fitted beneath all carpets makes it a pleasure to walk barefoot.

Safety is taken care of with a Carbon Monoxide detector, smoke alarm and fire extinguisher.

Sweet dreams are assured with a divan sprung bed in the main bedroom and fully lined curtains.


Symphony

The Regal Symphony features sumptuous seating, and includes a round, swivel base ‘Snuggler’ chair for relaxation in style. The contemporary fire provides an attractive focal point in the living space. There is also a separate display unit for a flat screen TV and wall-mounted iPod docking station with surround sound.

Full length windows and outlook doors at the front of the Symphony together with double skylights allow natural light to flood in to the dining and kitchen area. The fully-fitted kitchen is finished with cream high gloss doors and has ample worktop and storage space. The Symphony is ideally suited for entertaining with a separate wine cooler and wine rack cleverly set within its own curved cabinet. There is a five burner gas hob with wok burner, integrated dishwasher, large fridge freezer and built-in combination microwave.

The dining area has a recessed radiator plus a hidden pop-up multi power supply ideal for hand-held and laptop devices.

The master bedroom with king-size bed features a large en-suite including bath. The second bedroom features two large 2’ 6” single beds in addition to larger wardrobe space compared with its contemporaries. The family shower room with walk-in 800mm Quadrant shower is functional and refined, maximising both space and facilities.
