CORNWALL continues to weave its magic as a UK holiday destination and many visitors return to their favourite locations time after time. Seaview’s new five-star holiday lodges provide the ultimate in luxury for the perfect holiday hideaway – whatever the season. The large panoramic windows with bi-fold doors opening out onto your own private deck allows you relax in peace and tranquility while enyoying some of south Cornwall’s most stunning coastal views. The luxurious Sandpiper style three-bedroom lodges offer that extra touch of exclusivity and are finished to the highest standard throughout.

The 22’ wide lodges are double glazed and centrally heated throughout, ensuring maximum comfort whatever the time of year. With three bedrooms, family shower room and the master bedroom complete with dressing area and en-suite bathroom, it means comfortable living for up to six guests. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas hob, electric fan-assisted oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A light, airy and spacious open plan living area with vaulted ceiling is complete with Freeview HD 40” LCD TV and Blu-ray DVD player. You will also find Digital TV and DVD in the master bedroom. The raised deck features hardwood patio furniture and there is an external store cupboard for items such as beach gear, body boards or golf clubs. All crockery, cutlery, utensils and tea-towels are provided, plus luxurious soft bath towels for each guest. Bed linen is provided with beds made-up prior to your arrival.

A holiday at Seaview International can be as leisurely, or as active, as you want it to be. You can take a morning jog or stroll along the coast path, go for a swim in the heated outdoor swimming pool or read your favourite book or sunbathe by the pool on the sun terraces.

Also on site is a convenience store and off licence, launderette,  the Sea Breeze Cafe with free WiFi and an outdoor but sheltered seating area complete with TV screen. There is a children’s play area and sports facilities. There is also a games room with pool table.

What facilities does Seaview International have?

Seaview International enjoys a 12-month season for all holiday homes. The 2012 running costs for lodges are £2,650 site fees and £200 rates. Water, electric and gas are all piped and individually metered. Seaview International is currently offering 0% finance over five years on lodge purchases and a Guaranteed Subletting Income Scheme
