Lake District Estates

LAKE District Estates specialises in exclusive luxury holiday homes located in some of the most spectacular settings within the Lake District. It is a family owned business based in Kendal, offering superb opportunities to own an exclusive lodge, each location offering different lifestyle choices for that perfect holiday, time and time again.

Holiday homeowners are subject to exclusive benefits including complimentary passes for local attractions such as Ullswater ‘Steamers’ and the Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway, as well as special in-house offers. The family orientated nature of the business means that all property is privately owned, holiday homes are not available for hire and don’t involve sub-letting. The company prides itself on providing a highly personalised approach in order to meet the needs of those looking for high quality, exclusive holiday retreats in the Lake District.

All of the parks are set in spectacular scenery – from the tranquility of the Lune Valley, a lakeside setting on Windermere, to the splendour that is the Ullswater Valley. As a result of the dedication to the environment, and continued effort towards sustainable tourism practices, Lake District Estates continues to be awarded five-star status and the highest conservation accolade - Gold - by the David Bellamy Conservation Awards. Woodclose Park has been nominated for an Enjoy England Silver or Gold Award for Excellence in 2011.

Please contact the resident managers for Open Day information or call in for a personal look around. There are lots of options available to help make your dream of owning a holiday home a reality such as finance packages, upgrade options or part exchange assistance.
