HARDWICK Bridge is a development of sixty-eight homes situated in the historic town of King’s Lynn, with show homes ready to move into and plots for both twin and single homes.King’s Lynn is an historic medieval port dating back to the 12th century, situated on the River Great Ouse. At the heart of the old town, and shadowed by the 12th century church of St Margaret, is the Saturday Market Place. The winding streets and alleys of the old town remain intact. King’s Lynn also boasts an extensive pedestrianised shopping area.
To the north, the west Norfolk coastline is a mass of sand-dunes, reed beds and clear horizons. The town centre and railway station are a short walk away from the park, with all the amenities you need.
King’s Lynn is now a treasure trove for history lovers, with narrow streets and handsome merchant houses in the old town.
When you tire of the history, take a stroll around The Walks, our impressive parkland where you can feed the ducks, enjoy a picnic or listen to music drifting over from the Victorian bandstand. Down by the river, you can take a ferry over to the west bank and take in the outstanding view of King’s Lynn townscape.
There are two great venues offering music, dance and drama, modern art galleries and exhibition rooms, a Victorian-style cinema and the King’s Lynn Festival.
Each of our parks is set in beautifully landscaped surroundings. The plots are planned to offer privacy and exterior landscaping without detracting from the friendly community spirit. At Hardwick Bridge, each of the residential homes has natural gas, electricity billed direct from the supplier, and water and sewage metered to individual homes.
