COSAWES Park, one of Cornwall’s best-kept secrets, nestles in a beautiful sheltered valley near the village of Perranarworthal in the southwest of the county.

The park is conveniently situated between the cathedral city of Truro and the picturesque harbour-side town of Falmouth.

Cosawes was established almost fifty years ago, and has remained in the same ownership for two generations. With the third generation already making their mark on the park, it looks set to remain under the Fraser family for many years to come.

Whether you are fully retired or simply have an increasing amount of leisure time to enjoy, you are sure to appreciate the benefits of living at Cosawes. Well placed for access to both north and south coastlines, and all the major shopping areas and their related amenities, the valley offers a haven of tranquillity from which to enjoy the whole county.

Safe, peaceful and friendly, this 115-acre oasis offers natural shelter from the worst of the winter weather, and forms a suntrap during the summer.

Mature woods enclose the park, offering private walks and an abundance of wildlife. A stream runs down the centre of the valley, and many plots incorporate it into water gardens.

Whilst Cosawes provides carefully managed and unspoilt scenery, you will also find that practical requirements are catered for extremely well.

About 115 homes are permanently sited at Cosawes, each set in its own individual garden plot, with its own distinctive views. Most have an adjacent parking area, and some homes come with the option of a covered parking space or lock-up garage. All mains services, including telephone, are routed underground, removing unsightly cables and minimising damage to the surrounding environment.

Roads are lit at night, and a warden is always on hand for general help or emergencies.

The park is a protected environment and although regulations are few, two rules are strictly adhered to. To guarantee peace and quiet, no children or dogs are allowed to reside on the residential park.
A Post Office and general store can be found in Ponsanooth or Perranwell, and a mini-bus service takes residents to Falmouth and Truro twice a week.
