New chairman elected at Camping and Caravanning Club
Jane Read has been elected as the new Chairman of The Camping and Caravanning Club at its recent AGM.
Jane will chair the Club’s Executive Committee, Management Committee and National Council for the next two years.
She replaces Chris Chester who held the role since November 2022.
Jane, was elected by the Club’s National Council.
Her volunteering with the Club began in the 1990s, when she became Norfolk and Suffolk DA Secretary, and later Eastern Region Secretary.
She became a National Councillor in 2010 and has been Club Vice Chairman for the last two years.
