Caravan manoeuvring: why 2026 is the year to upgrade your skills!
The Caravan and Motorhome Club has opened bookings for its 2026 training courses, giving both new and experienced caravanners a chance to sharpen their towing and manoeuvring skills ahead of next year.

New UK caravan courses for all levels
Courses cover everything from basic caravan handling to more advanced manoeuvring techniques. These sessions are led by experienced trainers, all of which are active tourers themselves and are available at 18 locations across the UK.
The Club offers two main options:
Caravan manoeuvring (£194)
- A one-day course aimed at improving precision and control for experienced caravanners
Practical caravanning (£227)
- A day and a half of hands-on instruction ideal for beginners or those looking to refresh their skills
Attendees have said that the training builds confidence, particularly when reversing or handling larger vehicles in tight spots. Courses are open to both members and non-members, with limited spaces expected to fill quickly.
Participants also receive a 5% discount on certain Caravan and Motorhome Club insurance and cover products upon completion.
