Padel tennis brought to Lincolnshire holiday parks

37183d3c-3e09-415e-b791-d6e6762b7267

Padel tennis, a mix between tennis and squash, is a fast-growing sport that holidaymakers can now enjoy at two holiday parks in Lincolnshire

In great news for sports fans, Don Amott Parks has recently opened a padel tennis court at its holiday park at Nettleton. This new addition to the leisure facilities at the holiday park joins the already existing court at sister holiday park, Lakeside, as the only padel tennis courts at any Lincolnshire holiday park.

The court at Nettleton is a significant investment by Don Amott Parks, designed to enhance the customer experience. Essex-based expert, Hexa Padel, was contracted to install the competition-size court, a task that was completed within four days.

Dave Pope, Park Manager of Nettleton Park, said,

The padel court at Nettleton is a fantastic addition to the many wonderful facilities already on offer.

We were inspired to install the court as a lot of our customers go abroad and have played the sport and have then told us how great it is. We’ve already had comments from customers who are delighted that Don Amott Parks has invested in another padel court so that people can join in with this fast-growing sport.

We look forward to seeing our customers and their families enjoy the new facilities.

Don Amott Parks is a family-run, Lincolnshire-based leisure business with five holiday parks across the county. The business has been operating for more than 60 years, with Nettleton Park being aquired in 1979 and Lakeside in 1985. Find out more about padel tennis at both holiday parks here.
