How do I book?
Bookings can be made by clicking ‘Book now’ –This will open the Eventbrite module, where you will choose your tickets. Please check ALL your personal details as tickets are sent directly to your email. Booking online will give up to date information on ticket availability.

Can I camp at this show?
The January Motorhome & Campervan Sale is a day visitor only show, no camping pitches are available.

When will I receive my ticket?
Your ticket will be emailed to you as soon as the order has been placed. Please double check that you have entered your email address correctly as this is where your tickets will be sent to. We recommend following the instructions in the confirmation email about how to download your tickets into the Eventbrite app and your digital wallet (for help, see our how to page).

What do I do if I haven’t received my confirmation email?
Please email us stating your name, date of booking and a brief message.
Arriving to site

How do I know which gate to arrive at?
As you approach the venue you will see temporary yellow signs that will direct you to your specific gate. For safety please watch/listen to the instructions given by our rally marshals and stay in your vehicle. You can find more information on our 'How to find us' page.

Is there a Cash Point?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a cash machine on site.

Can I hire a Mobility Scooter?
Unfortunately, we will not be providing mobility aids at this show.

Are the sites wheelchair-friendly?
Yes, the site is wheelchair-friendly, it is an indoor event so the flooring is a lot smoother and accessible than some of our other outdoor shows.

Are there Catering Facilities?
There is on-site catering supplied by the venue.

Is there First Aid?
Medical Services will be on site for the duration of all shows. If you require first aid please contact the medical centre as shown on the site plan in the official showguide or contact a member of staff who will call them for you. If you or any of your party requires medication, please ensure that you bring this with you.

What time does the Exhibition Area open?

Information Office
The staff on-site will be able to assist with all your show enquiries.
Alternatively message us on Facebook which will be monitored throughout the weekend. We are unable to assist with local information please contact the local tourist boards for cycle/bus and local information.

Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are welcome. We ask all owners to be responsible for their animals and not to leave animals unattended in vehicles.

Photography
It is a condition on entry that you may be photographed for use in publicity or for safety and security reasons.

Private Sales
It is a condition of entry that private sales are prohibited in camping fields.

We do have 24 hours security on site. Please see the plan for phone number / location.

Smoking Policy
Smoking, including E-cigarettes, is not permitted in any buildings.
