Warners Shows - Terms & Conditions

Bookings are non-refundable.  By placing your booking, you acknowledge this. 

Cancellations

Bookings are non-refundable, however they can be transferred up until 8am Thursday of the Event.

To transfer, log into your EventBrite account and choose another Event that is live for bookings.  Payment will be transferred over.  If your new booking is of more value, you will need to pay the additional amount.   

Once transferred your original booking will be cancelled and you will receive new email confirmation with your new QR code.

 Camping passes and pitches; 

You will be emailed a digital ticket/QR code.  This will be scanned upon arrival where you will be given wristbands.  Wristbands are non-refundable. If lost they will not be re-issued, a second must be purchased. 

Your pitch booking is valid for one unit and number of people on your booking.  

Your camping fee is based on up to 2 adults and 3 children in your unit. Additional occupants will be charged.  

Camping areas; 

If you wish to camp together you must book the same area and also arrive together. Pitches cannot be reserved. 

Blue badge area is for pre-booked blue badge holders only.  Badges will be inspected on arrival. 

Moving pitches is not permitted on site without the permission of the Warner’s rally manager. 

Limited toilets, showers and elsan points will be available on site. 

Camping field check in time varies.  Please see relevant show for gate opening opening times.

All sites need to be vacated by 12 noon on Monday.   There is no holding area outside official opening times.

Generators may only be used between the hours of 8am – 10pm and only for 2 hour periods. 

A noise curfew of 11pm is in place on Warner’s sites, with the exception of Retro Festival for further details check the entertainment programme. 

Entertainment Venue; 

Organisers reserve the right to alter the entertainment programme at short notice. 

Dogs are not permitted in the evening entertainment venues unless otherwise stated. 

Bag Searches are a condition of attending the entertainment venues.  These will take place at the entrance of the entertainment venues.  

No beverages are to be brought into the venue,  Sealed bottled water is acceptable.

The organisers; 

Reserve the right to refuse admission to any persons or vehicle. 

Will not tolerate aggressive/ offensive behaviour to any other visitors or members of staff and you will be told to leave site. 

Cannot be responsible for any item stolen or damaged.

Take caution when entering the car parks and show site, there may be uneven ground.  

Will not be held responsible for accidents and injuries which occur on site as a result of visitor negligence.

Photography/Videography

Photographs and footage will be taken throughout Warner’s Shows.  These will be used for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media or in any third party publications.  You do have the right to ask Warners Shows to delete the picture.Updated 14th January 2025
