The Guides

Conscious Heart Warriors | Saturday & Sunday | 11.30am - 1.30pm

We are Lyndsey and Jessica from the conscious heart warriors. This weekend we will take you on a journey back to the heart and soul with this powerful breathwork & shamanic healing session. We will start with a heart opening cacao ceremony where we will set our intentions for the session and what we want to release and what we want to bring into our lives for our highest good. Through conscious connected breathing we connect to higher states of consciousness and our breath helps to connect between our conscious/subconscious mind and our body. The body remembers what the mind forgets, so it’s a journey navigating through the emotions and unlocking the trauma so we can be free. When we work with the breath it creates space for the healing and blockages to release. Shamanic healing and breathwork combined is pure magic. Once we have released the emotions we come back to a place of balance and peace within. It creates a space for our body, mind and spirit to come back to a place of truth and Embody the source of who we are. An awakening to the true power we hold within.

Tash (Life Beyond Bricks)
Mental Health Workshops | 4pm Friday | 2pm Sunday
Solo Female Travelling Workshop | 2pm Saturday

‘Changing up my lifestyle to travel full-time in a Motorhome definitely helped my mental health. I have always had struggles and put a lot of effort in to working through them. Travel lifted my whole mood and changed my perspective on life!

But travel is not a magic fix and despite this [lifestyle change] being the best thing I have ever done, I still found those familiar thought patterns creeping back in.

I have plenty of activities and hobbies I do both in and out of the Motorhome to help, which I am pleased to share with everyone’

Join me and Kat (Wandering Bird) plus special guests, for a relaxed chat about how to protect your mental health while living or travelling in a van.

Silent Disco - Hosted by VDub Radio | 7pm Friday | 8pm Saturday | 7pm Sunday

Have you ever been to a silent disco? If your answer is 'no' then you're missing out. Sometimes at a festival you need a break, a place to cut out all the background noise and our wellness sanctuary is the place for this. Each evening the wellness sanctuary will be lit up and you can pick up a pair of funky LED headphones and enjoy a selection of great music. Sit under the trees and relax to a playlist of calming music or choose a playlist full of 90s classics and dance like no one is watching.
