Pre-Event Information

How do I book?
Bookings can be made by clicking ‘Book now’ – your booking will automatically drop into our system and reserve your pitch in the rally area that you selected. Please check ALL your personal details as online orders are printed directly on the ticket. Booking online will give up to date information on ticket/club availability. Alternatively, print off a booking form here and post it back to us.

What is included in the pitch price?
- 2 Adults & 3 children camping in your unit. Additional adults (17 years plus) are £20 each, and additional children £10
-Unlimited access into the exhibition area during opening times.
-Entry to entertainment (except the main Saturday evening act, where a separate fee is charged for entry.)

I don’t want to stay for the duration, can I just book for 2 days?
We charge from the day you arrive – just select Thursday or Friday, regardless of when you plan to leave.

I won’t know the vehicle registration until nearer the time, what shall I do?
Go ahead and book your pitch placing ‘tbc’ in the vehicle registration box, then Email us your vehicle registration as soon as known. Your 'printed' Vehicle Pass will include this information.

Can I amend my vehicle registration after booking?
Please email us to update your details before the booking closing date.

What camping areas are available?

  • General (pre-booked) - for everyone
  • Disabled (Blue Badge holders only). You will need your blue badge on display and please be aware that the badges will be inspected on arrival at the Show
  • Club - if your club is rallying you can camp with other members – please select your club at the time of booking.  If your club isn’t listed it means the area is either full or your club isn’t rallying. If your club does not reach a minimum of 10 units your booking will automatically be moved to the General camping area. We will notify you by email.
  • Electric Hook Up - pitches with electric will only be supplied if an EHU pitch is reserved. Please note: We are unable to facilitate this in the General, Disabled or Club areas.
  • Pay on arrival (non-booked) - General & Disabled (Blue Badge) both subject to availability.  If unavailable or the show is full we will update the website – so please check this prior to arriving.

You can only choose one area. For anyone paying on arrival (non-booked), the only areas available will be General & Disabled (Blue Badge). Club pitches and EHU pitches are not available to purchase on the day.

When will I receive my vehicle pass ticket?
All vehicle passes will be posted, unless you email us to request collection of your Vehicle Pass on arrival at the Rally Gate.

Vehicle passes will be printed and mailed the day after the booking deadline, shown against each event, which is usually 2-3 weeks before the event. Please email us if you haven’t received your vehicle pass by the Friday prior to the show.

What do I do if I haven’t received my vehicle pass?
Please email us stating your Account number, name and postcode and a brief message.

Saturday night entertainment tickets
It is advised that you pre-book the main Saturday night entertainment venue, these tickets tend to sell out.

Your ticket allocation will be detailed on your Vehicle pass. To gain entry to the show bring this along with you and hand it to the staff on the door.

I’ve lost my vehicle pass – what can I do?
Please check everywhere before contacting us – quite often the Vehicle Pass has been placed in the van, a safe place etc.  If you still cannot find the Vehicle Pass please email us stating your account number, name and postcode.  There may be a charge to replace the ticket.

I’ve booked to arrive Friday, but would like to arrive Thursday?
Just arrive on Thursday, pay the additional fee of £5 at the Rally Gate and your Vehicle pass will be amended accordingly.

I’ve received my ticket but the details are incorrect
Please email us with Account code, name, postcode and the correct details.

How big are the pitches?
All pitches are 8m x 10m on grassed area. This should accommodate your unit, an awning and additional small car.  If you are bringing an extra vehicle, we will do our best to park it near to your pitch, although we do reserve the right to charge £10 if you are outside your allocated area.

Can I add more adults and entertainment tickets?
Please email us. We can amend this up until the event pre-booking closing date. After this any additions will need to be purchased on arrival. All tickets are subject to availability.

Can I change area?
Before pre-booked closing date – we can amend your area subject to availability and a £10 administration fee will apply. Please email us to arrange. We are unable to change areas after the pre-booked closing date and on site.

Cancellations
We regret bookings are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend then please contact us. We may be able to provide you with a credit note to redeem against a future show booking. Please note that your vehicle pass will need to be returned to us before the show opens at 8am on a Thursday (we are unable to assist once the rally gate opens). There will be a £10 administration fee for this, payable when you re-book.

Arriving to Site

As you approach the venue you will see temporary yellow signs that will direct you to your specific gate. Please ensure you have your vehicle pass clearly visible in your windscreen and please watch/listen to the instructions given by our rally marshals, which will assist you.

What time can I arrive?
Camping arrivals can check-in between 8am and 9pm Thursday and Friday at most events. Malvern Caravan & Motorhome Show check in is Thursday 10.00am to 7pm, and Friday 8.00am to 7pm.

What if I arrive after the gate has closed?
Late arrivals will be asked to return in the morning. We do not have any overnight holding areas.

What if we arrive in separate vehicles at different times?
This is fine. The first member of the party to arrive must have the Vehicle Pass with them to be allocated a pitch. They will be issued with the relevant number of camper wristbands and are then required to meet the rest of the party back at the Rally Gate to pass on the wristbands and escort them to the pitch.

Will I be given an allocated pitch? / I want to camp next to my friends?
Pitches are allocated when you arrive. If you would like to camp with friends, please ensure you have booked the same rally area and that you arrive at the Rally Gate together.

Can we have visitors to our pitch?
If you are expecting visitors please meet them at the Rally Gate, where you will need to purchase the relevant number of ‘Additional Adult/Child’ wristbands.  Adults £20, Children £10
