I won’t know the vehicle registration until nearer the time, what shall I do?
Go ahead and book your pitch placing ‘tbc’ in the vehicle registration box. Email your vehicle registration to us once known, so that your Vehicle Pass is printed correctly.

  • Electric Hook Up - pitches with electric.

You can only choose one area. For anyone paying on arrival (non-booked), the only option will be General Area.

How big are the pitches?
All pitches are 8m x 10m on grassed area. This should accommodate your unit, an awning and additional small car.  If you are bringing an extra vehicle, we will do our best to park it near to your pitch.

Can I add more adults to my pitch?
Please email us. We can amend this up until the event pre-booking closing date. After this any additions will need to be purchased on arrival.

Cancellations
We regret bookings are non-refundable.

If you cannot make the show, then please contact us as we may be able to organise a show transfer. There will be a £10 administration fee for this. We are unable to transfer tickets once the show opens at 8am on Friday.

Arriving to Site

As you approach the venue you will see temporary yellow signs that will direct you to your specific gate. Please ensure you have your pass in your window and watch/listen to the marshals instructions.

What time can I arrive?
Camping arrivals can check-in between 8am and 9pm Friday. The gate will reopen at 8am Saturday morning.

What if I arrive after the gate has closed?
Late arrivals will be asked to return in the morning.  We do not have an overnight holding area.

What if we arrive in separate vehicles at different times?
This is fine. The first member of the party to arrive must have the Vehicle Pass with them to be allocated a pitch. They will be issued with the relevant number of camper wristbands and are then required to meet the rest of the party back at the Campers Entrance to pass on the wristbands and escort them to the pitch.

Will I be given an allocated pitch? / I want to camp next to my friends?
Pitches are allocated when you arrive. If you would like to camp with friends, please ensure you have booked the same area and arrive at the Campers Entrance together.

On-site Facilities

Is water available?
Fresh water is available from standpipes situated at the service points around the site, however, we recommend you bring some water with you, due to the amount of campers filling up low pressure can occur.

Are there Toilets / Showers / Elsan Point?
Limited facilities are located around site – either temporary or permanent blocks.

Elsan and Grey waste disposable are located around site.

Are all pitches supplied with electric hook up?
Electric will only be supplied in the Electric hook up area.

Can I use a generator?
Yes but only between 8am-10pm for two hours at a time. We would ask all campers to be considerate of their neighbours when it comes to using a generator.

Are the sites wheelchair-friendly?
Yes, but please bear in mind that the rural nature of our sites mean some roadways are on grass and could be uneven.

Can I have a barbecue (BBQ)?
We do ask that you only use purpose made BBQs and keep them raised off the grass, removing the risk of fire. No open fires allowed at any time.

Are there Catering Facilities?
Yes! You will find a superb selection in our Street Food area.

Is there First Aid?
Medical Services will be on site for the duration of the show. If you require first aid please contact the medical centre as shown on the site plan or contact a member of staff who will call them for you. If you or any of your party requires medication, please ensure that you bring this with you.
