Frequently Asked Questions
We welcome thousands of Motorhomes, Caravans, Campervans, RV's and Tents to our shows. If you cannot find the information you are looking for, please send an email to: [email protected]. Emails are monitored 9am-4.30pm Mon to Fri (excluding bank holidays). We will monitor emails over show weekends but may take longer to reply, you can always contact us on social media.

What is included in the pitch price?
- 2 Adults & 3 children camping in your unit. Additional adults (18 years plus) are £25 each, and additional children £10
-Unlimited access into the shopping village, live music and wellness sanctuary activities -
I don’t want to stay for the duration, can I just book for 1 night?
All pitches are chargeable from Friday, regardless of when you plan to leave.

I won’t know the vehicle registration until nearer the time, what shall I do?
Go ahead and book your pitch placing ‘tbc’ in the vehicle registration box, then when you know, log into your Eventbrite account and amend your vehicle registration (for help, see our how to page).

What camping areas are available?
- General - for everyone
- Electric Hook Up - pitches with electric.
You can only choose one area. For anyone paying on arrival (non-booked), the only option will be General Area.

When will I receive my ticket?
Your ticket will be emailed to you as soon as the order has been placed. Please double check that you have entered your email address correctly as this is where your tickets will be sent to. We recommend following the instructions in the confirmation email about how to download your tickets into the Eventbrite app and your digital wallet (for help, see our how to page).

What do I do if I haven’t received my confirmation email?
Please email us stating your name, date of booking and a brief message.

I’ve received my ticket but the details are incorrect
Yes, log into your Eventbrite account and amend your details accordingly.

Can I add more adults to my pitch?
Yes, you can add additional occupants via the book now button on the website. This ticket allows one adult (18+) to stay in your vehicle for the weekend and includes access to the exhibition area and all the free evening entertainment. If they are arriving at a different time, you will need to meet them at the rally gate with their wristband that will be given to you on your arrival. If they are arriving in a vehicle, it must be able to fit on your original 10m x 8m pitch.

Cancellations
Bookings are non-refundable, by placing your booking you acknowledge this. However, they can be transferred up until 8am Thursday of the Event.
To transfer, log into your EventBrite account and choose another Event that is live for bookings. Payment will be transferred over. If your new booking is of more value, you will need to pay the additional amount.
Once transferred your original booking will be cancelled and you will receive new email confirmation with your new QR code.
Please note: You can only transfer to an event that is live and in the same show season.

How big are the pitches?
All pitches are 8m x 10m on grassed area. This should accommodate your unit, an awning and additional small car. If you are bringing an extra vehicle, we will do our best to park it near to your pitch, although we do reserve the right to charge £10 if you are outside your allocated area.

When will i get access to the Campervan Digital Library
If you pre-booked your ticket you will be sent an email with a button to click to access your Campervan Digital Library. Included within the digital library is the 2025 edition of Buying Your First Motorhome further ensuring you have the best advice possible. As a day visitor you will get access for three months. You have three months access for each ticket you purchase, so please forward the email on to the other ticket holders. As a camper you will get access to 12 months.
If you are a non-booked day ticket ticket holder or camper, each ticket purchased will be given a flyer with a link or QR code to scan to gain access.
Arriving to site

How do I know which gate to arrive at?
As you approach the venue you will see temporary yellow signs that will direct you to your specific gate. For safety please watch/listen to the instructions given by our rally marshals and stay in your vehicle.

What time can I arrive?
Camping arrivals can check-in between 8am and 9pm Friday. The gate will reopen at 8am Saturday morning.

What if I arrive after the gate has closed?
Late arrivals will be asked to return in the morning. We do not have an overnight holding area.

What if we arrive in separate vehicles at different times?
This is fine. The first member of the party to arrive must have the tickets with them to be allocated a pitch. They will be issued with the relevant number of camper wristbands and are then required to meet the rest of the party back at the Campers Entrance to pass on the wristbands and escort them to the pitch.

Will I be given an allocated pitch? / I want to camp next to my friends?
Pitches are allocated when you arrive. If you would like to camp with friends, please ensure you have booked the same area and arrive at the Campers Entrance together.
On-site Facilities

Is water available?
Fresh water is available from standpipes situated at the service points around the site, however, we recommend you bring some water with you, due to the amount of campers filling up low pressure can occur.

Are there Toilets / Showers?
Limited facilities are located around site – either temporary or permanent blocks.

Elsan Points
Elsan and Grey waste disposal are located around site.

Are all pitches supplied with electric hook up?
Electric will only be supplied in the Electric hook up area.

Can I use a generator?
Yes but only between 8am-10pm for two hours at a time. We would ask all campers to be considerate of their neighbours when it comes to using a generator.

Is the site wheelchair-friendly?
Yes, but please bear in mind that the rural nature of our sites mean some roadways are on grass and could be uneven.

Can I have a barbecue (BBQ)?
We do ask that you only use purpose made BBQs and keep them raised off the grass, removing the risk of fire. No open fires allowed at any time.

Are there Catering Facilities?
Yes! You will find a superb selection in our Street Food area.

Is there First Aid?
Medical Services will be on site for the duration of the show. If you require first aid please contact the medical centre as shown on the site plan or contact a member of staff who will call them for you. If you or any of your party requires medication, please ensure that you bring this with you.

Do you need to pay for parking on the day?
No, all parking is FREE at Campervan Campout.

What time does the Shopping Village open?
10am daily.

Are dogs allowed?
Dogs that are kept on a short lead are permitted at our events. Please ensure you clean up after them.

Photography
It is a condition on entry that you may be photographed for use in publicity or for safety and security reasons.

Private Sales
It is a condition of entry that private sales are prohibited in camping fields.

Security
We do have 24 hours security on site.

Smoking Policy
Smoking including E-cigarettes is not permitted in any buildings or marquees.
