German campervan maker Westfalia has launched two new Ford-based campers

The Kelsey and Meridian Limited

The first is the Kelsey, which is based on a Ford Transit Custom and has an L-shaped lounge with kitchen and washroom at the rear. There is a sliding door on each side as standard.

The second, based on the full-sized Ford Transit, is the Meridian Limited (pictured), a special edition model.

This 6m-long camper comes with the 185bhp engine and automatic gearbox, as well as multimedia and navigation, 16in alloys, bi-xenon headlights, diesel hot water heating, awning and a winterisation pack.

The layout features a 1.54m-wide transverse rear bed, central kitchen and washroom, and front lounge.

The new Columbus 600 E

A new model also joins the company's premium Columbus range, offering single beds but in a 6m-length model.

The 600 E comes on a 160bhp Ducato chassis with auto gearbox as standard. Dubbed First Edition, it comes with plenty of standard spec including 100W solar panel, leather seats, heated cab seats, outdoor shower, 16in alloys, 10in multimedia screen with sat-nav, reversing camera, LED headlights and diesel hot water heating with underfloor heating.

Finally, the Jules Verne now only comes as rear-wheel drive and the models can be ordered with a new Thermotronic air-con option with dual-zone controls.
