With the introduction of a new Fiat cab, Rimor has reimagined its mid-priced motorhome range, now called Bliss.

As well as the new logo that adorns it and the rest of Rimor’s line-up, this range now has a modern interior style.

There are six overcab motorhomes and eight low-profiles, ranging from the 6.4m 12P with a French bed to the 7.44m 99 Plus with twin singles and a face-to-face seating group.

However, we’re focusing on the Bliss 5 overcab, which offers space for the whole family or it could be the perfect vehicle for those with hobbies, such as cycling.

It has a large double bed at the rear above a massive storage compartment. There are large doors either side for easier loading and unloading.

Bliss 5

Specifications

Price: From £68,495

Base vehicle: Fiat Ducato

Layout: Transverse double bed

Berths: 4-6

Travel seats: 6

Length: 6.99m

Width: 2.34m

Gross weight: 3,500kg

Then another double bed can be made from the lounge seats, with a third roomy double above the cab.

Stepping on board and that new modern décor scheme blends a contemporary woodgrain with lots of charcoal grey and black accents. Lighter tones are mixed in to give a lovely airy feel.

All in all, it combines very well to give a much more premium feel, helped by the use of ambient lighting. The lounge in this model offers a full dinette with forward and rearward-facing benches.

Two seatbelts on each, plus the two in the cab mean that six can sleep and travel safely.

Opposite this, just behind the cab you’ll see the spacious fridge/freezer, a great feature if the full complement is on board.

The doorway then separates this and the rest of the kitchen. It’s a compact space but there is worktop between sink and hob; most people will likely use the dining table to prepare food, though, or cook outside on a BBQ.

It’s likely that UK models will come with an oven/grill as standard. The massive wardrobe sits opposite the washroom, maximising space with a swing wall that pivots around to create a separate shower cubicle if needed

Kilig 77 Plus

Specifications
Price: From £67,495

Base vehicle: Ford Transit

Layout: Rear lounge

Berths: 4-7

Travel seats: 5

Length: 6.97m

Width: 2.34m

Gross weight: 3,500kg

Payload: tbc

Rear lounges are not a new thing for Rimor, with a selection of models available across many of its ranges; however, this new 77 Plus has incredible flexibility.

As well as two spacious lounge areas (U-shaped at the rear and a half-dinette style up front), it also offers two instantly available drop-down beds, so everyone gets a great night’s sleep.

Between them you’ll find the kitchen and washroom. There are fixed tables fore and aft, but the front table folds in half to improve access around it as well as into the cab.

Despite the rear lounge, there is still externally accessed storage underneath the rearmost section, the perfect place for your compact bbq or outdoor furniture among other things, with doors on both sides.

Horus 40

Specifications
Price: From £61,495

Base vehicle: Fiat Ducato

Layout: Rear lounge

Berths: 3

Travel seats: 4

Length: 5.99m

Width: 2.05m

Gross weight: 3,500kg

Payload: tbc

Joining the existing four-strong line-up of Fiat campervans, the three-berth Horus 40 offers a rear lounge as well as a seating group behind the cab with two extra travel seats.

The rear sofas can make into two single beds or a massive transverse double, and the front dinette can convert into an extra single berth.

What’s more noticeable is that this will be handed for the UK, so the sliding door is on the pavement side.

The kitchen is the traditional campervan fare with an integrated two-burner hob and sink combo, but there is a handy fold-up worktop at the end of this unit for extra food prep space. The fridge is a generous size, too.

The fact that this model manages to offer all this in a 6m campervan is very impressive.

Super Brig Suite

Specifications
Price: From £75,995

Base vehicle: Fiat Ducato

Layout: Rear lounge

Berths: 4

Travel seats: 4

Length: 7.09m

Width: 2.34m

Gross weight: 3,500kg

Payload: tbc

Rimor’s flagship range continues mainly unchanged for the season ahead, with both low-profile and overcab motorhome layouts on offer.

This one, the Suite, is particularly UK friendly as it has a sumptuous rear lounge, as well as a secondary lounge up front.

And because it’s an overcab, the double bed above the cab does not impact on the adjacent seating group when in operation.

The spacious, well-equipped kitchen with 153-litre fridge/freezer and an oven and grill will cater for mealtimes, whether you choose to dine in the rear lounge, the front seats or even outside.

Note the pull-out mixer tap which will make light work of those plates afterwards. The washroom opposite has a full separate shower, too.
