The French manufacturer has launched two new models in the Series C compact motorhome range

The C55i and C86i are the first A-class models in the range, which already includes four low-profile layouts.

With an exterior width of only 2.17m, these compact A-classes have been given a new-look front end, said to be inspired by luxury cars, with a matt black grille and new exterior décor. Both of the new models offer four travel seats and four berths, with each featuring a drop-down cab bed measuring 1.85m by 1.04m.

The shorter C55i has a length of 6.72m and offers twin beds, with storage beneath for bikes and other equipment in its garage. The Duo’Space washroom has a pivoting wall to optimise the space, enabling you to switch from a toilet/basin to a shower room. In the kitchen, you’ll find a 140-litre fridge and a two-burner hob, while the lounge has an L-settee and swivel cab seats. Heating is via a diesel-fired Truma Combi system.

The slightly longer C86i (6.99m) has a 1.40m-wide height-adjustable island bed and a transverse washroom with separate shower that can be sectioned off with a ‘front and back door’ to create a private en suite that is separated from both the bedroom and the lounge/kitchen area. This model also has a larger, 149-litre fridge in its galley, while its lounge has face-to-face seating that converts to forward-facing for travel.
