Niesmann + Bischoff announces 2020 motorhome range

German premium motorhome manufacturer, Niesmann + Bischoff, has revealed a number of developments and enhancements to its motorhome range for 2020 – including new layouts for the Arto 82 E and Flair 920 LW.

The manufacturer, part of the Erwin Hymer Group, also announced an automatic transmission option for its Arto and Smove range, a new Driving Safety Package option on its Flair range, and a Lithium Battery Pack option across all models.

The Arto 82 E’s new layout is based on the Arto 77 E, which is a bestseller in the Niesmann + Bischoff range.

The new twin-axle Arto 82 E is 8.34m in length and features an additional wardrobe, larger washroom and an extendable dining table in the living area. There is also a new solid wooden sliding door in the rear bedroom, which can be moved across to separate the sleeping area from the rest of the interior.

Buyers will also have a choice of two lounge layouts, in the 82 E and across all the Arto range – 78 F, 85 E, 77 E, 88 E, 88 EK and 88 LF. There is an L-shaped lounge layout and also a ‘face-to-face’ layout, in which the kitchen and sofa are positioned in a straight line behind the driver, therefore creating extra floor space.

With the ‘face-to-face’ layout, the number of belted travel seats is reduced to three, though a fourth belted seat – which is foldable – is available as an option. This is positioned behind the front passenger seat.

Another feature is the large smart TV included in the Arto range. This is a 32-inch flatscreen; in the Flair range it’s a 40-inch TV.

Meanwhile, the 2020 Flair range includes a new layout on the 920 LW. The headline feature of this new layout is an extra large washroom area, with an extra-wide basin combined with a large, mirrored cabinet that is suitable for toiletries. There are also two drawers beneath the wide basin.

There is also an additional wardrobe, with four drawers in the lower section.

As an option for the Flair 920 EK, an additional 46-litre fridge housed within the sideboard can be added.
