New tool maps motorhome stopovers across Andalusia

The Asociación de Áreas de Autocaravanas de Andalucía has launched an online portal designed to help travellers plan routes across the south of Spain.

Use the advanced search to filter by budget, berths, manufacturer and much more, then save your favourites to your profile.
The tool will act as a search engine, collecting information on motorhome stopover areas and allowing users to filter results by location. As well as geographical filters, travellers will also be able to search using thematic tags such as heritage, birdwatching and gastronomy.
Each listing will include photographs, service information and nearby attractions, as well as direct contact or booking links where applicable.
“This website reflects our commitment to the destination and to motorhome travellers. We want their experience in Andalusia to be enriching – and to always give them a reason to come back.”
In addition to the portal, the website also includes support content such as a “Plan your route” section and a “Travel diary”, with articles addressing common traveller questions.
The association currently covers six provinces (Almería, Cádiz, Granada, Huelva, Jaén and Málaga) and hopes to expand to its network, aiming for 20 areas.
