A new A-class by Entegra Coach

The new model is built on a medium-duty chassis by Harbinger Motors, which was exclusively built for the Thor family of companies. It offers a driving range of 450 miles due to its integrated low emission gasoline range extender which recharges the electric battery system.

Thor industries says the electric chassis is powered by a 140-kWh battery pack which, Thor says, improves the stability and smoothness of the handling.

The motorhome can also deliver 105 miles of range on electric battery alone. Fast charging is an option for the Embark due to its 800V electrical architecture.

Thor says the batteries can also be charged at traditional locations such as campsites or at home for convenience, too.

Inside the Embark the facts are vague at the moment. However, it does feature a 2.46m by 1.93m king bed which is accessible from the entrance by walking through the large kitchen and washroom which contains a 71cm by 81cm shower.

To the right as you enter, the seating options consist of a 1.16m sofa bench which faces a 1.27m dinette and 40in television. The area in between is large enough for a 360-degree folding table.

There is also the option for an overhead bunk above the two cab seats. Finally, the ceiling boasts two large skylights which provide natural light to the living area.

The Embark will be commercially available in 2026 but is unlikely to ever come to Europe.
