New Swift motorhomes take pride of place at Peterborough National Motorhome Show

Swift, the UK’s largest manufacturer of motorhomes, has agreed to show two of its latest motorhomes in a special display area at the National Motorhome Show at Peterborough

The show, which is the largest outdoor motorhome show in the country, will attract tens of thousands of motorhome enthusiasts to the East of England Showground this weekend (April 19-21).

Not only will visitors get to see a massive range of 800 new and pre-owned motorhomes with a combined value of over £20 million, but now they will be able to view these two brand new Swift motorhomes – the Escape 644 and the Escape 662 – side by side.

The two new Swifts will be on display at the entrance to the main Exec building, so they will be the first motorhomes on view for visitors after they leave the main building.

Swift Escape 644

The first of the pair on show is the all-new Swift Escape 644. This overcab coachbuilt motorhome, which has only just been launched, impressed the road test editor of Which Motorhome magazine so much, he said: “It successfully provides good living for four people in what is really quite a compact motorhome. It has a versatile layout, well-equipped kitchen, cosy rear lounge and an easy-to-make comfy double bed.” You can read the review and watch the video here

Swift Escape 662

The second Escape on show will be the Swift Escape 662. This coachbuilt comes equipped with a very popular French bed, which means no more nightly bed-making when you want to retire. Again the 662 has only just been launched, so this will be the first opportunity for many to view this sub-£38k British-made coachbuilt. Again, we were the first to test this motorhome, you can read the review and watch the video here

If you haven't booked a camping ticket for the National Motorhome Show, there is still time, alternatively you can turn up on the day. More details here
